In Police Report of/for Warrant #3 it is established that Officer Sereniti Dobson -a female - was not only the reviewing officer for crooked Arrest Warrant #2 (Anna Paige Campbell), but was also the officer behind crooked Arrest Warrant #3 (Marie Pelletier).
Whats the confusion with this?

Officer Grasso writes that he "subsequently" (COMPLETE GENERAL UNSPECIFIC LANGUAGE) resubmitted the crooked rejected twice Arrest Warrant #3 around Feb. 6, 2019 yet FOIA Officer Anthony Prezioso writes it was submitted April 17, 2019 - 2 months later.?? Officer Grasso then writes he interviewed real estate agent on Feb 15, 2019 - after he "gathered more facts" for his insane Arrest Warrant #3. Once again - no interview of me and absolutely no reference to any facts about how I use my very own basement within my own friggin property.
