I - Realizing this Wendy Higgins Chambers does not have the ultimate power to remove libel from Westport News/Hearst Communications, I choose not to Appeal being financially tapped and seek to direct my efforts at News 12/Altice and Westport News/Hearst Communications and eventually the Westport Police. Wendy Higgins Chambers files a Motion for me to pay her Attorney Fees - $16,700 for a basic Motion to Dismiss. Excessive to say the least. I file my Objection to Paying Attorney Fees and await a Hearing on the Motion. A November 2020 Hearing via Zoom (conducted once again by Judge Krumeich from his kitchen like the Hearing for Motion to Dismiss) has me Pro Se James Lawrence once again showing up to battle only one other person - Attorney Jessica Wraag as Wendy Higgns Chambers hides.

Judge Krumeich seeing this says I have the right to question anyone associated with the costs - 5 lawyers from 3 law firms and of course Wendy Higgins Chambers who is once again hiding. Judge Krumeich rightfully continues the Hearing for December 2020.

ONE WEEK BEFORE THE DEC. 22, 2020 HEARING DEFENSE/WENDY HIGGINS CHAMBERS FILES A MOTION TO WITHDRAW ITS DEMANDS FOR ATTORNEY FEES!!!!
WHY?
1: She is being nice after getting the facts about me .... which is doubtful.
2: My website about the fiasco is what shows up when google her name and maybe she wants me to cease with my computer coding onslaught affecting her name.
3: My strategy was to tactfully ask questions at the Hearing about whether she feels or said in past to lawyer or journalist that I "stalked" or "harassed" her which the Judge reasoned there was no evidence of her using the words "stalk" or "harass" for he said these words could be slanderous - thus awaiting results of my cases against media companies. If she truly did not use these words then it is a stronger case against the media. I think she is afraid of this questioning and my intent to depose her in case against Hearst Westport News for I will be getting the journalist deposed or on the stand too and if journalist says she did say to her that I "harassed" her then she could be sued again.
4: Westport News/Hearst following this case as well advising her not to be questioned now.
5: The recent accusations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo because the article headlines against him are eerily similar to the one against me yet show my Course of Conduct argument is strong because he did indeed have multiple contacts with women as articles say "for years" since they worked together for years while on the contrary I am a guy crossing paths with a woman once at a market.
